You’ll be required to sign a declaration before your jump, confirming that none of the conditions below apply to you.
🚫 You cannot skydive if any of the following apply to you:

Accident involving a bone fracture, joint injury, internal injury, or concussion in the past 12 months

Surgery performed within the past 12 months

Ongoing medical, psychiatric or neurological treatment

Pregnancy

Any of the following medical conditions:

Spinal disorders

Cardiovascular disease (including high blood pressure)

Osteoporosis

Epilepsy

Any illness involving frequent dizziness, fainting, seizures, convulsions or shortness of breath
