Yes – and we actually recommend that you do!
Eating a light meal and staying hydrated a few hours before your jump helps keep your energy and blood pressure stable.
🍽️ What to eat and drink:
-
Choose a light meal – nothing too heavy, greasy, or spicy
-
Drink water or other non-alcoholic beverages
-
Please don’t arrive with an empty stomach – doing so increases the chance of dizziness or feeling faint after the jump
🤢 Worried about getting sick?
No need! Freefall does not feel like a roller coaster – it’s more like floating in high-speed wind, so most people feel just fine.
However, if you tend to get motion sick (in cars, buses, or planes), we recommend taking your usual travel sickness medication before the jump – just in case.
⚠️ Important reminder:
Drinking alcohol or taking sedatives is strictly not allowed within 12 hours of the jump.
Skydiving with a hangover? That’s not the experience we’re aiming for – and it’s not safe either.
